We are looking for a Technical analog Leader (W/M) at Laval (QC) office.
In this role, you will be an integral part of our Voltage Regulator department, taking technical responsibility for development projects involving the re-configuration of Regulator IPs.
- You lead the development of product configurations: From customer request and quotation to final delivery, you will drive the process of configuring our regulator IPs, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
- You enhance energy efficiency and environmental impact: You will spearhead efforts to optimize regulator load capability, level of metal stack, and recharacterization in different technological variants, contributing to the development of increasingly energy-efficient products
- You collaborate with project managers: Partnering closely with our project managers, you will ensure on-time delivery and exceptional quality of our products, proactively addressing any technical issues that may arise.
- You drive productivity and sales turnover: You will work closely with our CAD Team, proposing enhancements and streamlining our design processes to boost productivity and ultimately maximize sales turnover.
- You ensure seamless integration: By organizing the development of logic views and aligning them with analog views, you will ensure consistency and facilitate smooth integration within the team.
- You will provide in-depth technical support to our Application Engineer (post-sales) to resolve any integration issues our customers may face, ensuring their utmost satisfaction.

If you are an experienced microelectronic designer with an engineering or master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, electronics, or an equivalent field, and possess over 5 years of experience in analog IC design and technical project management, we want to hear from you!
