Paul's digital design team is looking for a Senior digital designer audio !

To support the growth of its Audio & Metering team and to meet the ever-increasing challenges of its customers regarding the density, power consumption and operating frequency of their integrated circuits, Dolphin Design is looking for a Senior Digital Designer (W/M) based in Meylan (38).  

You will be responsible for the development of competitive digital and mixed signal circuits.

As a digital engineer, your main missions are :

• To study, design, simulate and characterize digital and mixed-signal circuits, with respect of quality, cost and delay objectives.
• To specify circuit, define simulation and verification plan in order to guarantee circuit performances and robustness. To analyze and diagnose any discrepancy between silicon measurement and simulation.
• To support project manager, technical leader and other engineers (test, analog…) for ensuring efficient product development and verification.
• To be engaged in continuous improvement, design flow, methodology and quality.
• To help promoting company’s solution through patent and paper proposal.

You're about to become a dolphin..

You have an engineering degree, master degree (5 years of higher education) in electrical engineering, computer engineering, electronics or in an equivalent field. You have more than 5 years of experience in digital design : DAC ADC, with skills in signal processing (modelling with Matlab). A good command of languages: Verilog / VHDL. You use Questa and know how to translate the spec into a set of properties for verification (UVM).

Ideally, as you gain experience, you will have taken on projects and will then be involved in the architecture and management of the technical team.

For this position, your strong team spirit will be your greatest asset. You have good communication skills.
