As a Project Manager for Industrialization (W/M), you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing phase of our products, closely collaborating with foundries.

- You will be responsible for the industrialization of components and their delivery, while maintaining the highest quality standards. 

- You will work closely with our Product Manager. Your role will be to ensure the quality of the delivered components, while the Product Manager will provide you with valuable technical support. 

- You will collaborate with prestigious clients (major French industrial companies). By joining our team, you will face ambitious and complex projects, thus contributing to the creation of essential circuits for leading aerospace and defense applications. 

- You will be exposed to a wide range of challenges; your motivation and your ability to find solutions will be your greatest assets. 

- You will grow alongside seasoned experts and have access to cutting-edge technical resources to successfully complete your projects.

You're about to become a dolphin..

You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role with some knowledge in quality / ISO9001 standards, combining a strong understanding of fundamental principles of project management, including planning, monitoring, and risk management.

Strong writing skills are essential, particularly for drafting processes, minutes, and compliance documents.

You are able to solve problems, take initiative, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with our clients and suppliers.

While our company is deeply rooted in a technical environment, in-depth expertise is not necessary. However, we do expect you to be familiar with terms like ASIC/FPGA, PCB Co-design, and Test/Product Engineering. We offer internal training to help you better understand our processes, products, and other aspects of our business.
