As the Technical Marketing Manager (W/M) for our Audio product line, your mission will be crucial in steering and expanding one of the most emblematic segments of Dolphin Design. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of our offering in the audio field, a historical pillar of our company.
Your role is crucial, placing you at the heart of the success of our team specializing in audio products, where you will play a key role in directly impacting the user experience on a global scale. You will be involved in the marketing of various products, including headphones, wireless earbuds (TWS), noise-cancelling headphones, speakers, and
smartwatches, as well as any new innovation in the audio field. Your expertise will be decisive in our market strategy and will contribute to improving our customers' daily lives through superior sound quality.
As the Technical Marketing Manager (M/F), here are your main missions:
- Identify new horizons by spotting emerging markets, avant-garde trends, and growth opportunities. Your knack for innovations and unmet needs will guide the expansion of our audio products and services.
- Take charge of the Audio product line by developing and executing a robust business plan. You will be the conductor of its success, ensuring the achievement of set objectives.
- Conduct a thorough market analysis by scrutinizing competitive offerings. You will refine our positioning and strategy to stay at the forefront.
- Be the voice of Dolphin by writing and broadcasting content. By your presence at key conferences, meetings, and industry events, you will carry our message and audio innovations around the world. Immerse yourself in the world of our clients, understanding and anticipating their needs for optimal support and satisfaction.
- Collaborate hand in hand with our sales and system architecture teams.
- Closely align market needs with our product roadmap by working jointly with development teams and our key customers.
You're about to become a dolphin..
You have at least 5 years of experience in technical marketing in the field of IP, embedded systems, or semiconductors and have a particular affinity for the audio market. Preferably in the audio sector, analog, ADC, or video.
You have a technical background and have held technical roles such as Application Engineer, Test Engineering, or Designer. You have an in-depth understanding of ADC/DAC, which will allow you to work closely with the technical management and to provide constructive challenges to the technical team.
Excellent level of English required to communicate effectively with our international clientele.
Excellent communication skills, eloquence, and the ability to synthesize and simplify complex technical information.
